KAHRAMAA Holds Recruitment Open Day

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation "KAHRAMAA" holds the open employment day for two days at Saint Regis Hotel during the period from 7 – 8 May 2014 from 8.00 am to 02.00 pm.
The event is meant to attract engineering university graduates as well as secondary graduates to qualify as per Clerical Preparation Program CPP to work as customer care clients, or clerks.
Eng. Nasser Al-Mohannadi, Corporate Services Director said, “we seek to build a firm base of promising talents. All secondary and university graduates are invited to join KAHRAMAA and seize the opportunities it provides”. Al-Mohannadi added that KAHRAMAA is investing in the human capital through training programs designed to develop the skills of our Qatari cadres to qualify to occupy the target jobs as per their specifications.
On her part Ms. Aisha Al-Motawa Head of Qatarization, Training, and Development, “the recruitment of the young Qatari cadres contributes to productivity increase, performance upgrade, and KAHRAMAA services development”. Al-Motawa clarified that HR department have development plan designed to meet the requirements of each employee. The plan is meant to develop the personal skills in order to better meet job requirements.
The employment open day comes within KAHRAMAA Qatarization program. KAHRAMAA pays great concern to the Qatari cadres. It believes in the investment in the human resources as per QNV 2030 and QNDS 2011 – 2016. It targets job Qatarization as per its objective " Attract, Develop and Retain a High- performing Workforce and Support Qatarisation”.
