Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” announces that starting from April 9th 2017, paper forms will be replaced by electronic applications from for service modification requests. It comes within KAHRAMAA endeavor to save the environment and reduce carbon emissions to achieve the sustainable environmental development as per QNV 2030.
Customers and approved contractors can now apply for the service via KAHRAMAA website. In the next stage, it will be launched through the KAHRAMAA smart application.
To apply for the services, the applicant should have a mobile & email registered in KAHRAMAA database, and a registered login ID on KAHRAMAA website. As well, the applicant should provide e- copy of approvals from authorities & certifying documents. To submit the application, the applicant should login with credentials & proceed to application page, select the network & service type, furnishing mandatory information, attach requested documents, and submit the application. A confirmation SMS will be sent to the registered phone number, including a tracking number for follow-up ad updates.
KAHRAMAA has adopted a plan to gradually stop paper applications and transfer to electronic and smart services. It endeavors to provide high quality services to increase customer satisfaction and save time and efforts. By using online services, customers can apply for and complete services without visiting any customer service branch.
KAHRAMAA encourages customers to register and update information via KAHRAMAA website km.qa or mobile application and use the online services.
