KAHRAMAA participates at Darb Al Saai’s National Day Festivities

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has marked its presence at yearly celebrations being held at Darb Al Saai, a distinctive feature of Qatar National Day festivities. The event which will be organized until December 20, will reveal special KAHRAMAA’s highlights this year with its heritage tent, disseminating message among communities for the optimal utilization of country’s Electricity and Water resources and its other awareness programs.

KAHRAMAA’s pavilion features a number of activities revolving around the theme based on conservation practices and environment- friendly habits. KAHRAMAA’s Conservation and Energy Efficiency Department will distribute its literatures to the visitors to let them know about the ongoing National Program for Conservation and Energy Efficieny (Tarsheed). A number of fun and frolic activities especially for the children will be the centre of attraction and help spreading the message of conservation among communities.

KAHRAMAA is also featuring a mobile water laboratory with its slogan ‘Maina Zen’ to exhibit its quality water which is being supplied across the country for drinking purposes. The water quality demonstration was aimed at creating awareness among residents of the country and to know their feedback and suggestion.
