Follow the view pay bills link to view your latest Invoice. If you have more than one Electricity Number (EN), refer to the list of Invoices. You should see all your paid and unpaid Invoices.

Online Bill Payment

click my account to pay online. If you are making more than one payment, make sure to clearly specify the other payments. Confirm that the payment details and amount in Qatari Riyals are correct and then click SUBMIT.

Bill Preference

Register Now  in Customers’ Portal and benefit from Bill Preference service, in addition to receiving your Electricity and Water Consumption Bill in your post box; you will be able to view you bill through your email or as an SMS. If you are already registered, click here to log in  and select your preference from the menu of Bill Preference.
KAHRAMAA send Electricity and Water Consumption Bill to the customer’s post box by the end of each month. Now, you can get your consumption bill instantly by registering in Bill Preference service. Let us know how you want your bills delivered. Check the menu and choose from Email, SMS (update your mobile number information), both or none.
When you change your post address, please make sure you update your P O Box information to receive your bills on time.

After payment, Non-registered customers in KAHRAMAA Customers’ Portal are advised to save a copy of the receipt appears on the screen, as a payment reference

Building Permit


To apply for electricity and water services to a new building, fill out the Form and lodge it at KAHRAMAA Center in the Building Permit Complex (contact details). Refer to our Check List for required documents and read the Installation Regulation and Guidelines for more information on the requirements.

To connect electricity and water to an existing residential or business building, we require certain documents to be produced for proof of occupancy. Click My Account to see the Check list.  Print the Form, fill it in and lodge it at your nearest KAHRAMAA Customer Services Center

An emergency is when power or water to your premises is interrupted without prior warning from KAHRAMAA.
From time to time, our equipment is damaged by third parties, especially contractors at building sites and road works, disrupting supply to customers without our knowledge. Your call will help us restore your supply quickly
