​Water Resource Specialist is responsible for the efficient and effective water resource planning, water quality monitoring, water conservation and education programs, and regulatory reporting. Oversees and directs related projects, performs various administrative duties, assists with budget creation and administration, and trains, supervises and schedules personnel. Develops and encourages self-directed employee teams, quality control and communication. Provides solutions to technical or public relations problems. Design and implement programs and strategies related to groundwater resource issues such as supply, quality and regulatory compliance issues.
