The role holder will be responsible for dispatching received customers complaints regarding water interruption, taking action and following up with field inspectors until the issue is completely repaired.
Dispatches received complaints from ‘Customer Contact Centre’ to field inspectors
Assists in daily reports preparation
Assists in obtaining historical data from systems
Follows up on customer complaints
Specifies or counts damage cases to Kahramaa prosperities caused by third party
Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement department on securing and maintaining the ISO 9002 certification
Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Maintenance and Emergency section are in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations


Education:  High School Certification

Work Experience:  More than 3 years in a similar role
