Core Responsibilities:
· Performs ongoing fund risk assessments and leads risk management activities to ensure Karhamaa’s financials
· Manages the Kahramaa’s liquidity and risk management
· Assists the executive level management with financial strategies
· Drives improvements in Karhamaa’s cash flow and anticipate potential cash payment challenges
· Supports financial reporting requirements for treasury matters, including summaries of corporate guarantees
· Reports cash position and expenditures to executive level management
· Makes decisions on Kahramaa finances, EG: the funding of company operations
· Participates in special financial / accounting projects and perform other duties required within the field
People Management Responsibilites:
· Defines goal and key performance indicators for each member of the team
· Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and support to achieve targets
· Ensures objective periodic administration of the performance appraisal process, complemented by on-going coaching and training
· Follows HR policies and procedures for all people management aspects
· Contributes to the development of Qatarization trainee programs and supports the implementation of the same
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance Management/Accounting
More than 6 years of experience in similar role
