The aim of the project is to carry out an in-line acoustic leak detection survey of various diameter water mains in the Kahramaa water network so as to reduce real water losses in the transmission / Rising Main and distribution network due to non-visible underground leaks. The project also aims to utilize the latest in-line non-acoustic leak detection Gas Tracer Technology for detecting and pinpointing the location of any leaks (small, medium or large) in Various diameter water mains of any type of material and reduce the volume of real water losses in the water network due to the leaks.
Fees are non-refundable and you can purchase online the tender document after registering in KAHRAMAA Site – Business Portal • The offer must be submitted with bank guarantee in sealed envelopes & separate Form the Quotations (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. • Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes & separate For both Quotations technical and Commercial Addressed to: Secretary, Limited Tenders Committee. The closing date and tender number should be clearly written on the envelope. Tenders must be submitted at the 35th floor – Limited Tenders Committee – KAHRAMAA Main Building , Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation Dafna.
