KAHRAMAA organizes event on Labor Day

Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA”, represented by the National Program for Conservation & Energy Efficiency “Tarsheed” and in cooperation with Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) organized an event for labors at KAHRAMAA Awareness Park at the occasion of Labor Day which falls in 1st of May every year.

 

This event comes within an Initiative for workers launched by KAHRAMAA to appreciate their efforts in society and to highlight their significant roles played by them as well as their contributions made in the infrastructural projects as being partners in overall developments witnessed by the State of Qatar.  

 

The event includes several activities exclusively for labors and it was marked with the presence of officials of KAHRAMAA and Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. At the event, a movie on conservation and energy efficiency was screened and gifts were distributed among labors and workers. A number of competitive games and activities were conducted for workers who participated enthusiastically and expressed their happiness for joining the event.  

 

KAHRAMAA always shows willingness to felicitate workers and labors throughout the year by organizing several initiatives, events and activities for them. It also believes in the importance of works done by them and their crucial roles in evolving the country’s infrastructures which is reflected through the massive development of Qatar.

 

It worth mentioning that KAHRAMAA is keen to follow the highest standards of safety and security mechanism in all its activities and operations to provide a safe working environment for all its employees and contractors and workers deployed at all its sites. It also preserves the highest standards of welfare and living conditions which positively impacts its performance.

​Our KAHRAMAA call center is available to assist you with general information concerning your bill payments, new and current connections. It is a 24 hours electricity and water emergency and response center; you can report your problem or concern and follow up the progress of the response.
The 991 call center uses an auto-response system to help you minimize queuing time on the phone and speak to a call center agent. You must have your electricity and water number ready to use this service.

Call 991, KHARAMAA's 24/7 Electricity and Water Emergency and Incident help line; the Call Center opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

​يعمل مركز اتصالات كهرماء لتزويدك بمعلومات عامة تتعلق بدفع فواتيرك، والتوصيلات الجديدة والحالية، ويعمل المركز على مدار الساعة للاستجابة لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه. يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة أو عارض و تتبع إجراءات الاستجابة.
يطبق  مركز الاتصال 991 نظام نظام الرد التفاعلي (IVR)، ليساعدك على تقليل وقت الإنتظار على الهاتف والتحدث مع مشغل البدالة. ويجب أن يكون رقم الكهرباء والمياه في المتناول ليمكنك استخدامه أثناء الاتصال. ويعمل موظفو خدمات المشتركين في خدمتكم خلال ساعات الدوام من السبت إلى الخميس من كل أسبوع.
إتصل بـ 991، مركز الإتصال لطوارئ الكهرباء والمياه الذي يعمل 24 ساعة/ 7 أيام، على مدار الأسبوع.
