KAHRAMAA organizes session on skills development

​In continuation of its series of lectures/ sessions for employees’ personality development, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation’s (KAHRAMAA) Human Resource department organized recently its fifth series of session focused  on social skills and etiquettes. 

The particular session was to explain the various aspects of behavioral traits and etiquettes among staffs. The purpose was to get the employees acquainted with the art of keeping themselves at work places with ease, confidence and demonstrating social skills.

The session was addressed by an expert of the arena.

KAHRAMAA has been organizing series of such productive effective sessions throughout the year, aiming enhancement of the professional and social skills, development of strategic thinking, and improving productivity among others.

KAHRAMAA fosters a strategy aiming at boosting up employees' skills and contributing to their progress strides in line with the corporate objectives of the organization. The focus of the program is to support employees in creating an environment where they feel relaxed and comfortable. The interactive session supported and encouraged in their personality development endeavors enabling simultaneously to deliver high-quality outputs within a healthy work environment.
