KAHRAMAA organizes session on employees’ personality development

In line with its corporate objective to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for its employees, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation’s (KAHRAMAA) Employee Relations section of the Human Resource department has come out with a series of personality and confidence- building programs for its staff aiming enhancement of the skills, development of strategic thinking and improving productivity.
The first session of the event (16- 17th June) is being organized at Renaissance Hotel in Doha where a number of employees got benefited from the guest speaker, Ms. Jawahar Al- Mana. The lecture was focused on life skills and its various parameters.
Under the program, a total 5 sessions with renowned experts have been scheduled to shed light on basics of life skills, techniques of making workplace lively, etiquettes learning and many more.
KAHRAMAA fosters a strategy aiming at boosting up employees' skills and contributing to their progress strides in line with the corporate objectives of the organization. The focus of the program is to support employees in creating an environment where staff feel supported and encouraged in their personality development endeavors enabling simultaneously to deliver high-quality outputs within a healthy work environment.
The program which has been commenced yesterday will end in March 2015 with five various sessions being organized with intervals.
The sessions have been chalked out considering employees’ interests and their needs. Measures like accelerated career development plans, learning and development opportunities and cross-functional mobility are the prominent human development program strategies used by KAHRAMAA for its quality professional growth.
