This comes as part of its social responsibility and its dedication to provide a healthy and safe work environment for its employees and customers.

The newly formed interdepartmental committee at KAHRAMAA has taken a number of urgent measures to prevent and limit the spread of the virus, including halting the use of the biometric scanners that require fingerprints to record the check-in and check-out of employees, and to use employee cards as an alternative to the fingerprint in order to curtail transmission sources. The committee continues to monitor the operational status of KAHRAMAA’s main facilities and projects and is taking all necessary measures to prevent and limit the virus spread, and to overcome its effects, if any.

At the same time, KAHRAMAA is taking several preventive and precautionary measures to preserve the health and safety of its employees, customers and all those dealing with it. KAHRAMAA is also publishing health tips and advice in all its buildings, facilities, customer service centers and other sites, and is urging compliance with these guidelines. It is further following up on the commitment of KAHRAMAA’s contractors and contracting companies to the highest standards of health to ensure virus prevention and to limit its spread.

Moreover, KAHRAMAA launched an intensive employee-centered campaign to raise awareness of the virus and means of prevention by publishing and disseminating sound healthy guidelines and practices, such as:

This, in addition to other related tips and advice, as well as awareness-raising workshops and sessions held for employees in coordination with concerned departments.

KAHRAMAA also launched an awareness campaign through its social media platforms to disseminate information about the virus and means of prevention by publishing the guidelines used to reduce virus transmission approved by the Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization. This comes within the framework of its social responsibility and its dedication to contribute to disease prevention and help community members maintain their health and meet health challenges.

These measures come within the framework of KAHRAMAA’s keenness to follow and apply the highest health, safety and security standards in all its premises, activities and operations, in accordance with its commitment to achieving its goal of ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and its belief in the importance of applying health and safety standards and programs in day-to-day activities and in all locations, to provide a safe, healthy and safe working environment for all employees and clients.
