Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA” announced (Shoot.. & Send) service to inform about any remarks or suggestions via KAHRAMAA Application on smart phones within its efforts to achieve direct communication with customers and for rapid response.
To avail of this service, the customer must download “KAHRAMAA” Application on smart phones, opt language and “Contact Us”. Then, he/she will have options to request (Suggestion or Complaint). If you have a suggestion, you have to enter data (Name, Phone Number, E-Mail) to contact you rapidly and avail of your suggestions where “KAHRAMAA” cares of customers’ role, actual effectiveness and contributions in achieving the targeted quality.
If you want to send a complaint, select the option according to the complaint’s type whether it relates to reading meters or electricity and water emergency. You also have to record the electricity and water number that existed on the external wall of your house. Finally, fill in other information and attach a “Shoot”.
In case of informing about a violation, go to “Contact Us” service, select “Complaint” as a request type and choose “Others” as a complaint type. Finally, you have to mention the violation’s site with details.
This rapid service associates with “Call Center” and it comes within corporation’s efforts for continuously raising and improving level of services. KAHRAMAA also invites its customers to register, update their information via its Website km.qa or KAHRAMAA App on smart devices to implement services electronically and avail of other provided services. In addition, availing of SMS services launched by KAHRAMAA to inform all citizens and residents customers about monthly consumption and whether the normal average of wasting is exceed or not.
