KAHRAMAA harness WhatsApp for Customer Service

​As part of its continual improvement endeavors to render excellent customer services, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has added WhatsApp application in its tools of Social Media.
 
The novel idea serving KAHRAMAA’s corporate objective of doing excel at customer services has become functional now.  Smart phone users can start interactions with KAHRAMAA 24 X 7 by simply adding 30303991 as WhatsApp number on their phone.
The latest social media platform is primarily to receive reports, complaints, feedbacks and grievances among others of customers and social activists related with safety and functionality of KAHRAMAA’s Electricity and Water networks across the country.
 
Speaking at the occasion, KAHRAMAA’s Public Relations & Communication Manager, Mr. Abdulla Anber Al- Jassim said that KAHRAMAA is doing its best to connect through all the possible communication tools, so that the our customers and society could connect to us easily, promptly and smoothly. He further said that the Social media are forming a more important part of KAHRAMAA’s strategy aiming excellent customer services.
 
KAHRAMAA through instant messaging aspires to improve communication with customers and get the things expedited as early as possible.
It is worth mentioning that KAHRAMAA has recently launched a range of new electronic services on its website as part of its efforts to provide the best services focusing continuous improvement in order to increase the customers’ satisfaction.
